We heard that there was at least one snowy owl in our area in Southern Steuben County of NY (by the PA border). Today we took a break from the other things going on and went out to find/photograph this wonderful species.  Well, I was lucky enough to find this one.  I was at least 100 feet away shooting with a 700mm lens and the images are cropped about 50% from original size from my R5 set at full frame.

Wonderful image, Ed! ( I would be embarrassed to tell you how many years I've been looking for a Snowy Owl without success- perhaps this year)!
