This was taken at Sunken Meadow State Park.

Canon 1D 500mm f4 1.4x, Tripod Ball head Sidekick Leveling head, Manual exposure using incident meter 1/250 @ 5.6, Auto focus all point activated, Cropped from horizontal.

The rich colors, darker shadings and clear feather marks really make this an A+ image as far as I'm concerned. :)
