Eastern Osprey

Eastern Osprey (Pandion cristatus) bathing. Same bird as my previous post, same spot, but she has turned 180, and standing a bit taller, so more bird and less splash. She was bashing her wings forward on the water with the 'elbows' bent, so the previous image was them hitting the water, tail out behind. Might have looked a bit in all the splash like it was facing away... After bashing a few times she would dunk her head, and repeat.

ISO 500, 420mm, f5.6, 1/4000, OM-1.

I like your approach on this capture and the droplets of the tail is a plus, good stuff GREG.

Another fine Osprey photograph, Greg. Droplets are a highlight here, plus nice blue colours for the setting, as well.
