Its nice to see the pair together but the flowers up against the female don't quite work for me and make the image appear rather crowded, Gene. A little too much IMO.

Good to see the pair together Gene, although its a bit amusing to see her body language leaning away from his advances... Her expression looks as if she is saying, "I am not amused". Good story telling in my book..

An excellent image, Gene, always special to photograph the male and female of the species together. The perch and flowers are certainly a highlight in your photograph.

Very nice image, it is busy as commented by Carol. That perch setup would be perfect without the flowers, but still very nice.

Great to have both male and female in the frame, the BG colors complement the plumage colors really well.

Wow - love this one! My only suggestion would be to possibly tone down those Sage leaf undersides near her face? Or not. I personally don’t find this too busy. Nice contrasts of warm and cool, smooth and textured, the colorful plant adds a “pop” w/o detracting from the subjects, the pic tells a story. . . a real winner to my tastes.
