Only one Osprey remaining in the area and it will leave soon.
I was not prepared for BIF, hence the low Shutter speed.

A very original perspective captured here, Karl- great colours from the water, as well. Always somewhat of a dissapointing time when one of a photographers favourite species, leaves until next season.

Thanks Paul. You are right about that it is always bad to see them leave.
On the other hand I'm looking forward to seeing the "Winter Ducks" coming next month and also Owls coming as they did last year.

Wonderful colours Karl. Whilst sad to see the leavers, being the season of change brings new opportunities as you mentioned.

Karl, Great Pose! All of the water droplets really tell a story. What is the dark, mud looking, object in the claws?

You still caught the action, Karl! Pose, detail and autumn colours in sweet light make for a lovely frame.

Carol.
