Plumed Whistling-Duck (Dendrocygna eytoni) preparing to land. Not as obvious in flight as when still, but you can see the plumes against the back of the body behind the barring.

ISO1000, 840mm, f5.6, 1/4000, by Canon.

very nice flight shot and the Kool bg colours work well here and I like that one water dropplet behind the foot.
