CANON 90D
CANON 400 f 5.6 L F 5.6 @ 1/640 ISO 1000 I had gone to a new location for hummingbird photography, but being unsuccessful, tried a meadow for songbirds, and saw this Indigo Bunting. ( This Bunting was I believe, a year old, as they have some brown colouration, the first year, but are all blue when they arrive as a two year old from the tropics, for the breeding season here). Even with the brown, they are a very attractive bird, and a fine singer, as well. At the end of the day, no hummingbird images, but I felt fortunate to be able to see and photograph the Indigo Bunting. Province of Ontario, Canada, image - June. Thanks to everyone for viewing Click on for best image. |
