A very beautiful and more coloured version of our Crested tit. Lovely framing and eye contact. The bright reflection a minor distraction, but not taking anything away from this beautiful bird.

I would try to darken that white spot under the tail...... such a lovely image of this beautiful bird is well worth that little action. The pose, colours and detail are superb!
