Same marsh when I find Sora Virginia Rail, Common Gallinule, Swap Sparrow and Marsh Wren. The beauty is that it is only 2.4 km from where I live. Sometimes I walk there and back.

Certainly, an excellent image of a male Yellowthroat , Karl - the patterned background looks very good in your photo, as well. Nice to have a great place to photograph birds, close to home.

It sounds like a good place to be for a nature photographer, Karl! Lovely image with the perfect angle to show those distinctive head colours!

Obvious by the subtle feather detail that you were close. When clicked on the iq pops really pops. Photographs don't get sharper than that. Great.

a nice portrait image of this common and I'm glad that he still supports all the spring colours.

Very nice pose that cleanly shows the markings of this common Warbler that is often reluctant to come out of the underbrush.
