Nikon D500, Nikon 500mm F5.6 pf
ISO 800, 1/1000s, F6.3 This member of the Warbler family always surprises me by its striking color pattern. The male in breeding plumage, such as this one, can not be confused with any of the other Warblers. It's a very energetic bird that often fans it's tail as it flits from one branch to another in search of small insects for food. Please click for higher resolution. |
