Finally after visiting this place many times, one Sora was walking around giving good shooting opportunities for me second time and  for Marienna first time this year.

An excellent pose, and an interesting setting in your image, Karl. Nice contrasting colour with the blue water.

not often seen in the open like that but you got a good one of this sora with great details and well exposed.

Very nice image of this secretive bird of the marshes. Good work getting his foot up enough to see its unusual size in relation to the bird.
