I took this shot during my first trip this year to Rondeau and Point Pelee.

very nice as a hole perfect image from front to the back and including the side to side, it's a winning image.

Wonderful image, Karl - not a family of birds that are seen in the open too often, from my experience. The mossy log perch, is a nice extra in your photo.

Superb shot, Karl! How good to see any thrush - they have declined by over 50% over here, and I haven't seen one for several years.

The mossy log perch and soft background make a great setting for this member of the Thrush family. Nicely seen to get him in the open as they are a woodland species that can be difficult to see so cleanly.
