Nikon D 850, Nikon 500mm F5.6 pf
ISO 1000, 1/640s, F5.6 While searching along a back road that's one of my "go to" places in the Spring for Warblers I happened upon two Magnolia Warblers chasing each other around in what appeared to be a territorial dispute. After sitting for a while this one landed very close to the car and I was able to fire off three shots of which this one was by far the best. Like Paul, this is my favorite all around Warbler. Some, like the Blackburnian may be more striking at first glance, but over time there's something about the Magnolia that just says....Warbler !! Please click for higher resolution. |
