Nikon D850, Nikon 500mm F5.6 pf
ISO 1000, 1/640s, F6.3 This is the same male Prothonotary Warbler posted yesterday except in a very different pose. Most people associate this beautiful species with it's golden glow when seen in the dark wooded swamps, and when viewed from the front. In this case it is seen from behind to get a look at the bird from a different perspective. Wish I had a bit more DOF but this wasn't the shot I was originally looking to get of him. He presented himself very briefly, as anyone who photographs warblers can relate, lol. Please click for higher resolution. |
