Chipping Sparrow.
Trying something a little different with the lighting.
Backlight by the evening sun.
Fill flash to balance the light.

It works for me, like putting this lovely sparrow in the spotlight. Nicely done.

Very nice light-I'd say very successful! Sweet pose on the stump.

A regal looking pose of this small Sparrow species. Very nice.

I would say you did a really super work Greg, I really like how the light draws the profile of the sparrow and how you compensated for the backlight very well, I also really like the clean composition, the pose and the perch with a very special texture.
