One of my all time favorite Ducks. At one point it came so close that I had to stop shooting and wished for a zoom hanging from my other shoulder.

The silvery water is such a striking complement for this species, love it. We have some Canvasbacks at a local pond that come close enough to take pictures with the phone on occasion!
