Gavin, Interesting pose and the curved perch is excellent. Really like the comp. Looks a little dark on my screen.

Lovely capture of the wing drying behaviour, Gavin - excellent detail of the plumage from this perspective. I might go a touch lighter as this seems quite dark.

Classic image of a cormorant drying it's wings. Wonderful detail. Agree with a couple of other comments that it appears a bit underexposed on my monitor.
