Dan, Very interesting perspective looking down on the bird. Background and comp look excellent. Could see possibly bringing down the highlights a bit?

An image taken, showing a very different, and enjoyable perspective, Dan. A very striking looking species, with its' colours and patterns, and it shows so well against the water background.

What an interesting perspective as it appears you are looking directly down on the Tropic Bird. the bird itself appears a bit bright on my monitor.

Your perspective shows of the bird really well, might not be a better way to appreciate the wings and the tail. A slightly looser crop might also be interesting to emphasise the shapes.

Thank you everyone. The bird is the star, it was a large crop, I will loosen it per a lot of the comments.
