Love this! They look like little toy ducks bobbing in the water. What a show they are putting on! Very cool to see three displaying all together.

Look at them trying to outdo each other to impress the ladies! I've never seen multiple males displaying at the same time like this. Great timing to get good poses on all 3 of them.

Really love these mating dances by the male Hooded Mergansers.  I always look for exactly this behavior just after ice out on ponds in the Spring.  You caught the behavior perfectly with this image.
