Always a wonderful sighting to see these birds.  I'm a fan of space to show the scale, size and impact a sighting has in its habitat as shown so nicely done.  

For me, the flowers top right compete for attention which drags the eye away from the kingfisher.  

Can see some differing crop options and may well be worth experimenting to see how they feel whilst still providing that feeling of the small kingfisher.

Dave makes some very good points, Subhasis and I tend to agree with his thoughts on that long flower stem that goes right up to the top right corner. Having said that, I do really like the way you have given this beautiful little kingfisher the space that reveals just how small it is and how difficult it can be to spot them let alone get the shot. I like your thinking, the image and what it tells the viewer! Nicely done.
