I really like the textures the perch has, and the flowers around it give it a nice pop of color. The details are excellent, and I love how the bird is staring into the field just waiting to swoop down on some critter. Great image.

Attractive perch for sure- and quite a handsome bird. Lovely image, I'm glad you went wider and included the whole scene.

Both the hawk and the perch are equally outstanding, Karl.

A shame the plumage isn't looking at its best but the setting, colours and detail are superb, Karl.

The colors on the perch and hawk compliment each other very nicely as well as the yellow feet and beak with the yellow flowers. A stunning composition all around!
