It was not raining, she/he just shook some water from the feathers, after fishing.

Those water droplets sure do add to the image! I love the soft light and colors, very nice composition too.

Always a fan of shaking feathers as compared to a more static pose, very nicely done. The drops are great, as is the background with enough detail to give a sense of place.
