Snowy Egret
Gilbert, Arizona
Nikon D500, 500mm f/5.6 PF, 1/2500, f/8, ISO800

I always look for interesting reflections with water birds. This Snowy Egret obliged by giving me a subject in the pretty water.

A very pleasing image to look at. The sharp egret and the slight movement of the water work well together and the colors are pleasing to the eye. The pose is perfect for a reflection shot.

The amber water colour, with the white Egret, look stunning together, in your image. The few longer feathers on the nape and lower neck, showing as
they do, is a nice touch to the photo.
