Terrific image of this hummingbird in natural light. Great wing position and posture. The flowers and background add nicely to the overall image.

A wonderful image, Karl, in all aspects. The flowers and background, are so good, plus the detail, and the wing position, of the hummingbird,
is excellent.( I'm sure the high frame rate of the a9II, is appreciated, for this type of photography - in the end, a superb photograph! ).

0 percent of it junk and takes a lot of time to weed them out. With this high frame rate you gain some, you loose somepaul fletcher wrote:A wonderful image, Karl, in all aspects. The flowers and background, are so good, plus the detail, and the wing position, of the hummingbird,

Thanks Paul. I ended up having 2400 shots in two an a half hours at a 20 FPS frame rate. Ninety percent of it is garbage. One percent of it is presentable. Lots of work to weed it out.
