Des,  Their beaks change colors based on age.  When very young, the beaks are a mix of white and a light blue color.  This is a juvenile.  You can tell because the feathers are beginning to develop a darker color and the beak is pinkish.  When Caracaras are mature, they will have black feathers and their beak will be yellow.  One side note that is not commonly known, is that when Caracaras become very upset (angry) their beak can change to a bluish color.  When this happens, the other Caracaras give them as much room as they want.
