Peregrine Falcon Adult female

This was taken from a boat at Bhigwan Bird Sanctuary, in Western India, which is basically a large shallow artificial lake formed when a dam was made. There are areas in the lake that still have disused telephone and electic poles with wires on which birds often perch. This bird is on one end of a tilted crossbar.
It was getting late in the evening (one can see the low sun on the horizon in her eye) and I think she was still hungry, paying no attention to our approaching boat while she scanned the area for prey. She was still at her perch when we left a few minutes later.

Super back look pose Krish. Good work with sharpness from a boat. Nicely done.

Nice view from the back showing her feathers, and a fine head turn as well.

A very nice image, with a nice perspective and all the details of the feathers very clearly visible.
