I think these are a pair of Little Grebes. Not too sure whether they're young ones or not. Please click for a larger view.

As far as reflections go Peter, this is just perfection. My thoughts are leading to non-breeding male and female shown here as the rufous changes to an unclean brownish grey.

Juvenile birds have a yellow invoice with a small black tip, and black and white streaks on the cheeks and sides of the neck.

Either way a brilliant image. Congratulations.
