Second largest kingfisher in Australia, the Blue-winged Kookaburra (Dacelo leachii). A lot more colourful than its laughing cousin, other than the white eye. This is a male of the race leachii, the female has a red tail.

ISO6400, 420mm, f5.6, 1/2500, the ISO a bit of a stretch for Olympus.

Gregc, Colorful Kingfisher and an excellent pose. The ISO doesn't seem to detract from the image.
