 ISO 400, 1/250s, F6.3 The Veery is in the Thrush family and like many of the Thrushes it's a bit of a dull looking bird but has a beautiful song. Its song has a flute like quality and is a downward spiraling song mostly heard at dusk and dawn, often in moist woodland areas. Please click for higher resolution. |
