The male Magnolia Warbler is one of the most striking of the warblers in it's nesting habitat in predominately spruce and hemlock trees. This male was in subdued sunlight which nicely showed his combination of colors as set against a young hemlock tree.

This is my last posting of the series of warblers taken in May and early June 2021. It was a difficult month to shoot these warblers this year as a result of several personal challenges.  However, nothing to me is better than to be shooting my favorite family of birds in a concentrated period of time. Can't wait till May 2022 !

Been a fabulous series Warren and this is no exception. Despite your own personal challenges, your images have been quite brilliant. Based on your images, It is also an easy comment to say I am also looking forward to May 2022 in this regard.

Your Warbler Images have all been excellent, and most enjoyable to view, Warren. I'm sure that you are very proud of them, and I know that everyone
who is enthusiastic about Warbler photography, is looking forward to next May, as well.

A real pleasing look at this Magnolia Warbler. Excellent color, detail, body position and perch. Good job on the depth of field.
