If I had to show a child his first image of a warbler I think this would be the one, due to it's combination of colors and typical build.  This male Yellow-rumped is a common warbler and yet it is a striking bird when seen in any habitat. This will be the second to last warbler in the May 2021 series which I will end tomorrow. Thank you for all the kind comments and critiques along the way !!

Nice view of it's namesake- yes, common, but I always enjoy seeing them. Nice clear close view.
