+1.  Just to add a thought to Dave's review I really like the fact that the background is a 1/3 from the top horizon. Obviously a wonderful take off shot of this duck but for me the background helps make it even better.

Classic pose, and the background gives a great sense on place, with out distractions. I might have been tempted to crop a little from below to eliminate the reflection.
