This is an adult male Magnolia Warbler photographed in May. To my eye, this is the Warbler that best describes the overall "look" of a warbler. He is both dainty in appearance and feisty while hunting his prey.  At least one of his colors of black, white, grey and yellow also fit many, but not all, of the other warbler species. To me, when seen against his evergreen habitat in good light, he is the most  striking of all the warbler species.

Warren, Great detail and the natural habitat and bg compliment nicely. Maybe a bit tight in the frame?

Great detail, pose and I especially like the complimentary BG.

I agree with you Warren, about this warbler- a beautiful, iconic specimen-gorgeous colors and a wonderful pose. (Well, actually I love the Blackburnian as a favorite too, but it is not so typical in coloring.) ;)
One little detail- I'd crop the bottom a bit to avoid the slightly blown-out mosses there-I find them a bit distracting. (Or perhaps just darken a bit.... )
