A very nice image, Karl; the green perch and green background, look so good against the Waxwing, in your photo. The small areas of yellow and red
on the subject , stand out so well, here.

Great looking shot for all the reasons previously stated. The fact it was s light fog probably added to the true colors and soft light which are terrific. The bonus for me is the fact that this Waxwing actually has the red "wax" on it's wings. Many times they do not, and I always think it misses something without the reason for which it is named. Terrific all around image.
