The term for this side by side dance is called "Rushing"
This was taken a few years ago at a local lake.
I hope you like it.

Classic grebe rushing behaviour, captured beautifully, David! I love the symmetry in their action, the superb detail and the flying water wake behind them. Wonderful image!

Always amazed when I see video of this display. You caught the action perfectly. Great job. It goes without saying that besides the behavioral action the eyes are the star of the show for me.
