Nikon D850, Nikon 500mm F5.6 pf
ISO320, 1/1250s, F6.3 This is a male Cerulean Warbler that I photographed last year in southeast NY on a well known flyway for Spring migrating songbirds. I was fortunate to be there on a day when there was a bit of a fallout and I was able to capture the Cerulean at more or less eye level. They normally live far up in the canopy. Although the setting for this one was not the best, it is a nice specimen and taken at eye level. Hope everyone, especially the mother's out there, have a wonderful Mother's Day weekend.
