This is a male American Redstart (Warbler) in it's striking Spring breeding plumage taken a few years ago at the edge of a parking lot where I worked at that time. They are an energetic little bird that seems constantly in motion pumping it's tail and flitting about.  They're preferred habitat is in the secondary growth saplings at the edges of woods.

Beautiful image, Warren! The details, lighting, and background are superb. The perch has a very nice shape to it also.

This has to be my favorite of the warblers you have posted thus far! The pose with the tail up is beautiful and dynamic, and the orange and black color combination is absolutely stunning! A real beauty, Warren!

One of my favourite Warbler photos taken by you, Warren. The pose is excellent;( I'm somewhat partial to a horizontal pose, compared to a vertical one,)
plus good feather detail shown in the black, plus a great perch and background, as well.

You did an excellent job on the color especially with the black plumage. Nice depth in the richness of the blacks. The contrast with the orange plumage and the green background makes this image work quite well.
