 ISO400, 1/1000s, F6.3 This is a male Common Yellowthroat Warbler. It is one of the most abundant of all the warblers in the northeast US. Its habitat is usually in open areas of dense thickets often times in wet areas around ponds and in wet meadows and fields where it usually stays within a few feet of the ground.
