Olympus E-M1 Mk III, 40-150 f/2.8 with MC-14 @210mm, 1/2000 sec., f/4.5, ISO: 400 (forgot to turn it back to 200 - "native" ISO).

From my last trip to The Oregon Garden. The heron was in the Water Garden area, standing on a rock looking for lunch.

This image really shows the beautiful markings on this bird. The moss on the rock is a nice bonus.
