Really nice image, and a bit different too, to the conventional. I like the fluffed up feathers and the side glance, and the composition is great. I might have thought about cropping the branch parallel to the bottom of the frame, but it also grounds the frame.

What a great shot - the fluffiness of the kestrel and tone of the background make this a wall-worthy capture!
