Dean - nice capture - but this is not a Lucifer Hummingbird, Gorget on Lucifer is Magenta not purple even though this shows some reddish tint
A Lucifer would never show any gorget type features on head - This is a Costa's, In your picture some things don't look exactly prefect for male Costa's. I not as familiar  with Costa's as I am with Lucifer's (I live about 2 hrs from one of best places in US to photo them) so I can not completely rule out hybrid - but looks close enough I would just go with Costa's - if you disagree - I have lot's of friends that are hummingbird experts and banders that if you wish I can send the picture to.
