Piping Plover at sunrise

Piping plovers are back in Massachusetts. My favorite time to go to the beach is when they are back. They have just started to set up their territories. They are protected in MA. It was nice to find this plover as the sun was rising behind.

The two bright patches are a touch too bright for me, but I love the rest of this nice sunrise silhouette.

What a beautiful silhouette. Amazing colors and I like the positioning of the bird in the frame.
