Wandering Tattler

Tringa incanus. Hard to ID from the grey-tailed in non-breeding plumage, but a number of markers from many images lean towards wandering, including the rocky habitat. Most notable in this image is the long nasal groove.

Terrific low angle and I like the crashing wave coming over the birds feet. Beautiful background as well.
