I feel the backlight works well here, particularly with the contrast of the darker duck against the bright highlights below.

Thanks very much Ron, me too.. I liked the separation of the feathers & the bright highlights.

Lovely effect of the backlight through the feet and wing tips which highlights the outline of the darker duck against the shimmering water!
