Longspur's are a bit rare around here as we usually only are fortunate to see one in a larger flock of Horned Larks. This is a really nice shot with the bonus of the raised foot. Very well exposed.

Peter, excellent low perspective, beautiful exposure, and a nicely raised foot. Appears the winds subsided for this shot. Very nice!

Beautiful shot with that raised foot and snowy scene. How nice to see a Longspur too! The foot shows off that "spur" nicely.
