This male Blackburnian Warbler is letting me know it's time to move on from warblers, so this will be my last warbler shot for a while. Still have about a half dozen other species of warblers to show but it's time to move on from quarantine.....and warblers !!

Not sure what behavior this is because he was not singing.  It almost appeared as though it quickly stretched his bill several times within a few seconds and I was fortunate enough to catch one.

LOL. Such a shame Warren. Brilliant pose and head on view. Pleasure to have seen so many fine shots. Just a shame this Warbler feels it's time for a break. Should it reconsider, I for one, will be delighted to share their company again.

Nature photographers do not live for warblers alone, lol.  I'll get back to them in a while, as the warbler family is one of my favorite things to photograph. In the meantime, I'll send out some other things with a bit less frequency.  THANKS for the kind comment.

What a terrific head-on pose with an open beak, Warren! Exceptional color. I will look forward to the return of the warblers!

Another very interesting " head-on " image, Warren. An excellent photo as always, made even more special,
when it's of a Blackburnian!
