I'm always partial to capturing a nice looking bird in "weather" conditions. This is a really well done image which combines the two. Perfect specs that allow for the slightly blurred snow and keeping the cardinal sharp.

A lovely image showing the harsh conditions wildlife endures in the winter, Rachel.

The falling snow really adds a neat dimension to this wintery scene. The lady cardinal looks great with her crest up and with that slight head turn in your direction. Beautifully done, Rachel.

A wonderful seasonal image, Rachel. The intensity of the snowfall is perfect here; not too much to obscure the cardinal,
but enough to add a special element to the photo.

Great shot in the snow-she looks so elegant. It's amazing what birds endure in the winter.

A really evocative image, I really like the atmosphere given by the snowflakes that well contextualize this wonderful and colorful bird.
