“Coming In For A Landing” We have had a wonderful journey following our beautiful owl as it has travelled the snowy fields of north central NY. Here it is with landing gear down, flaps down, landing on its favorite perch. I will be sending one more Snowy image tomorrow, but this image symbolizes we are nearing the end of our journey for now. About 30 yards away with Canon R5 and RF 100-500 @ 500. Clicking on image shows details best.

I think that this is your best Snowy owl image yet, Ed. All the others are exceptional as well.

Wow! Thanks to the editors for the EP. I really appreciate it. Photographing this wonderful Snowy was a great day and great experience. I am honored to have this image chosen.
