Snowy Owl At Cruising Altitude

“We Have Reached Cruising Altitude”.  The majority of my Snowy Owl flight shots have shown the owl low to the ground with the snowy hill in the background. I have a few in which the bird reached a higher altitude hunting for prey. So, it is now safe for you to remove your seatbelts and enjoy the details which can be seen in this clearer air. Image shot in north central NY. Clicking on image give better resolution.
