Taken two years ago, before I sold off my Olympus gear. He was strolling along the branch and then suddenly lunged over to pluck a mosquito out of the water. A bit tight in the frame, and I almost cut off his wingtips.

A perfect setting and beautiful wingspread, Scott. The mosquito ices it. Excellent work!

Remarkable capture Scott. Lovely details, even to the mosquito and beak reflection in the water..
